The Property Ombudsman Scheme

Our membership with The Property Ombudsman Scheme, assures customers that we follow the strict code of practice that has been approved by the Office of Fair Trading, under the Consumer Codes Approval Scheme, for residential sales and lettings.

In the unlikely event of a dispute, this gives us the ability to resolve the matter fairly and efficiently. We take complaints very seriously and with our thorough internal procedure, the need for Ombudsman support has rarely arisen.
