LANDLORD FEE SCHEDULE

Let Only Service – 10% plus VAT of the annual rent (12% including VAT at 20%) and 5% plus VAT of the annual rent for renewals (6% including VAT at 20%).

Let Only Service with Rent Collection Service – 12.5% of the annual rent (15% including VAT at 20%) and 5% plus VAT of the annual rent for renewals (6% including VAT at 20%).

Full Management Service – 15% plus VAT of the annual rent (18% including VAT at 20%)

Tenancy Agreement – No charge

Registration & lodgement of the tenants security deposit - £84 (including VAT at 20%)

Inventory Preparation – ranges between £134 to £240 plus VAT depending on number of bedrooms and whether furnished or unfurnished

Check In and Check Out – £70 to £200 plus VAT depending on number of bedrooms and whether furnished or unfurnished

Energy Performance Certificate with Floor Plan - £99 (including VAT at 20%)

Legionella Risk Assessment - £148.50 (including VAT at 20%)

12 months rent & legal protection policy - £298 (including VAT at 20%)

Electrical portable appliance test - £126 (including VAT at 20%)

Gas safety certificate - £79.20 to £99.60 (including VAT at 20%), cost varies depending on number of appliances tested

Service of Notices (section 13 or 21) - £90 (including VAT at 20%)

Independent Redress provided by The Property Ombudsman Scheme.
