Proffitt & Holt - Abbots Langley

The Proffitt & Holt Abbots Langley estate agency office is located on the High Street and has been established there since 1999. The office offers residential sales, lettings and property management and is also the base for our associated financial services company The Mortgage Advice Bureau.

The sales and lettings departments deal with property throughout the WD5 area including Abbots Langley village itself, Hunton Bridge, Bedmond, Pimlico, Leverstock Green & Leavesden. The property in the area includes a diverse choice of purpose built flats, modern developments of starter and family homes, Victorian cottages and larger family homes dating back to the 1930's.

The village has a busy High Street with a range of good quality local shops and amenities catering for many day to day requirements. It also boasts a varied choice of restaurants, cafes and a number of takeaway outlets and pubs. For a more comprehensive range of shops and amenities the larger towns of Watford, Hemel Hempstead & St Albans are within easy reach.

The village is ideally located for the commuter with Kings Langley mainline station approximately 1 mile from the village centre providing a fast and regular service to London Euston and junction 20 of the M25 is approximately 1.5 miles distant which in turn gives access to the motorway network and all major London airports.
