For vendors and landlords who like to be hands on with their property transaction we have created Property Tracker; a module that we can build into your website which gives vendors and landlords access to key information about their property transaction twenty four hours a day seven days week via a secure log in area.
There are two versions of the module – Vendor Tracker and Landlord Tracker. Both use data from RPS and can be configured to each agency’s requirements. Key features of Vendor Tracker include information on marketing, viewings, offers and sale progress.
Landlord Tracker allows landlords to view transactions and download statements, view accounts information and documentation such as gas safety certificates and track marketing activity and viewings. This tracker is especially helpful to landlords towards the end of the tax year.
