LANDLORD FEE SCHEDULE

Fully Managed Service - 12.% plus VAT (Multi agency) or 10% plus VAT (Sole agency)

Rent Collection Service - 10% plus VAT (Mulit agency) or 9% plus VAT (Sole agency)

Let Only Service - 8% plus VAT (Multi agency or Sole agency)

Tenancy Set Up Fee - £300 plus VAT (Let Only Service) or £200 plus VAT (Fully Managed or Rent Collection Service)

Landlord ID Checks - £40 plus VAT

Deposit Registration - £70 plus VAT

Inventory Check In and Check Out - Price depends on the number of bedrooms and whether the property is furnished or unfurnished, however the minimum cost to expect is £95 plus VAT to £125 plus VAT

Energy Performance Certificate - £75 plus VAT

Legionella Risk Assessment - £80 plus VAT

12 Months Rent and Legal Protection - Price depends on the rent achieved, however a minimum cost to expect is £360 plus VAT

Electrical Installation Certificate - Price depends on the number of bedrooms and whether remedials works are required, however the minimum cost to expect is £160 (no VAT)

Gas Safety Certificate - £80 plus VAT

Gas Safety and Boiler service -  £120 plus VAT
