We operate at the very highest industry standards and follow a strict code of conduct. As proud members of all major professional governing bodies that regulate the property industry, we guarantee that you are in safe hands.

The National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA)

Our estate agency business is a member of the NAEA; we abide by their exacting standards, following a nationally recognised code of practise, to offer greater protection for customers. Additionally, several of our team members are individually qualified.

Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA)

ARLA protects tenants and landlords; our membership gives customers reassurance that we offer the very highest level of service and adhere to a nationally recognised code of practise.

The Guild of Property Professionals

The Guild of Property Professionals is an elite organisation with a network of nearly 800 independent estate agencies, whose combined knowledge, professionalism and experience, enable us to widen the reach when marketing homes for sale and rent.

As an exclusive member, we’re able to attract London and international buyers into the area, with a team working from an associated London office in prestigious Park Lane. Using state-of-the-art touchscreen technology, properties are at the fingertips of thousands of potential purchasers, globally.

The Property Ombudsman Scheme

Our membership with The Property Ombudsman Scheme, assures customers that we follow the strict code of practice that has been approved by the Office of Fair Trading, under the Consumer Codes Approval Scheme, for residential sales and lettings.

In the unlikely event of a dispute, this gives us the ability to resolve the matter fairly and efficiently. We take complaints very seriously and with our thorough internal procedure, the need for Ombudsman support has rarely arisen.
